So here we are another Monday , and my second Monday Accountability post.

Next Monday, April 29th I will be starting a Body for Life challenge. It will be 84 days long going to the last week of July. I have completed BFL several times before (and started the challenges many more times than that) and I feel if I stick to the plan, and really work it I will have great success. This week I will be preparing for the challenge to insure the best chance of success. I will be rereading the book, watching the videos and preparing mentally. I look forward to the next few months of getting back into consistant exercise.
