Prepping for Body for Life challenge

I feel like a broken record, but man…what a busy week at work!! The weather has been absolutely dreadful around here, and except for the last two Sunday’s when I got out to get photos, its rained or snowed every day! It is supposed to be nice tomorrow and I plan to be on a beach somewhere by 6 am to take photos so there will be a post tomorrow with photos. A photo post on Sunday’s is becoming a bit of a tradition around here.

This week I have been going through the book Body for Life. It is a program I have come back to time and again over the years when i needed to get my butt in gear. It’s a simple (but not easy) program, of alternate days of resistance training and cardio. The book has been around for 20 years, but it has always done wonders for me if i just FTDI (Follow the Damn Instructions), and follow the instructions I plan to do over the next 12 weeks.

I will be continuing to post Monday accountability posts, but I am not sure after this Monday when I post my BFL official “befores” if I will keep up the weekly posting of photos, or if I will post one at half way point and the end, or just keep it up. I will make a decision by Monday, on that.

Off to get some sleep as 445 am comes early! Until tomorrow…
