May 6th Monday Accountability post

Oooof I need to get better at writing in here. More on that after I get my accountability out of the way.

Week 1 of Body For Life has been a success. Here are the usual stats and screen shots:

I have worked out everyday but my Sunday cardio which was done around 930 am, by 630 am.  I haven’t always wanted to do it but its gotten done.  I am really enjoying the camraderie and support in the facebook groups I am in for Body for Life.  It’s 1 week down, 11 to go to this challenge, then I will do it again!

As far as the writing in the blog, its just something I haven’t given priority to and I want to change that.  I think what I am going to do is commit to a minimum of 3 a week.  Maybe a mid week update on how things are going, a weekend photo blog of the whatever I have been out shooting, and my Monday accountability posts.  Get a few weeks of getting those in consistently and when something strikes my fancy to write about throw in some around those 3.   That will be a start.
